2009 Winter Council of Chiefs

The winter COC is scheduled for Saturday, February 7th at the Augusta Medical Center, Fishersville, VA. The COC will begin at 10AM and lunch will be provided.. This COC is an important step in the final planning for the 2009 SR-7A Conclave (April 24-26) to be held at Bayport Scout Reservation.

Who should attend? Lodge Chiefs, their advisers, the Conclave Vice Chiefs and their advisers, and any other Arrowmen that the Lodge Chiefs feel would be an asset to them in helping to plan this event. The meeting will begin at 10AM, lunch will be provided.
